The operation of Koliba Goral started on 25.12.2004. We wait for your visit in the wider center of Donovaly, directly in the central parking lot and offer you catering services.
A wide range of dishes, traditional and non-traditional specialties, not only typical Slovak cuisine, can be found with us throughout the year. In a pleasant, stylish environment of folk architecture, we offer you a restaurant capacity of 90 seats, which is extended by spaces for a closed company in the Goralská room for 30 guests.
A place full of flavors and fun
During the summer, we organize rich programs for children and adults, folk festivals and other forms of entertainment as well as demonstrations of folk art such as wood carving, work and the production of ceramics on the potter's wheel accompanied by live music of various genres. If you visit us on Friday, you will definitely find a pleasant sitting here accompanied by folk music performed by professional musicians in the field of folk music from various regions of Slovakia.
Authetntic Slovak specialties awarded at the championships
The kitchen staff can be proud of the second, silver place in the preparation and cooking of bryndza dumplings at the international championships in Turecka. If you're in the mood for a good goose, duck and everything that goes with it, such as real potato dumplings, or roasted pig, you'll definitely find it in our chalet.
